What many pastors ask us.

How much does Domo cost?

You choose your plan when you create your church and the first month is free, no card required. The plans are Essential (USD $29/mo), Growth (USD $59/mo) and Global (USD $99/mo), with a discount when paying annually. Before your first month ends we reach out to activate payment.

When do I start paying?

Your first month is free. As it nears its end, we email you to activate the plan you chose; your church keeps working normally throughout the transition. We never charge you without letting you know first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no commitment or lock-in. Paying for the first month is not required: if you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. And once you start paying, you can still cancel anytime.

What happens to my data if I stop using Domo?

Your data is yours. If you decide to leave, you can export the directory, groups, ministries and attendance to PDF, and each person's data to a downloadable file. Nothing gets locked in.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Each church has its own isolated database. Only the people you grant permissions to can see your congregation's information.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Domo runs in the browser. You and your team log in from phone, tablet or computer, wherever you are.

Does it work outside my country?

Yes. Domo works anywhere in the world. The interface is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Can I migrate my current spreadsheet?

There's no automatic import yet, but if you write to hola@domoiglesia.com we'll help you move your spreadsheet data into the directory.
