If you signed up for Domo remotely, you have the right to withdraw and revoke the subscription within 10 (ten) calendar days from acceptance, at no cost and without stating a reason.
Email us at hola@domoiglesia.com
with the subject "Withdrawal", stating your church name and your web address
(yourchurch.domoiglesia.com). We process the revocation and confirm by the same
channel.
Since Domo starts with a free first month with no card, there is no charge to revoke during that period: you can stop using the Service anytime at no cost. If you had already activated a paid plan, revocation within the deadline entitles you to a refund as provided by law.
