Subscription cancellation

Cancelling your Domo subscription is as easy as signing up, with no lock-in and no penalties. You can do it in any of these ways:

Option 1 — From your church

Log in to your space and go to Settings → Subscription to manage or cancel your plan.

Option 2 — By email

Email us at hola@domoiglesia.com with the subject "Cancel", stating your church name and your web address (yourchurch.domoiglesia.com). We register the cancellation and send confirmation within 24 business hours.

What happens to your data

Upon cancellation, the Service stays active until the end of the paid period and is then suspended. You have a reasonable window to export your information (directory, groups, ministries, attendance and per-person data) before its permanent deletion, per our Privacy Policy.
