Notifications

Updated on 06 de June, 2026

Domo alerts you to what matters with the notifications bell, so you don't miss any follow-up or task.

Where it is

The bell is in the side menu. When you have unread alerts, it shows a counter (for example, "3", or "9+" if there are many). Clicking it opens the Notifications panel.

What it alerts you about

Today Domo notifies you about your pastoral tasks:

  • You were assigned a task — someone put a follow-up in your hands.
  • Your task got a comment — there's a new comment on a task of yours.
  • Task due today and Overdue task — reminders of what's due.

Each notification is a direct link: when you click it, it takes you to the right place (for example, your tasks in Pastoral Care) and marks it as read.

Keep the bell clean

  • When you click a notification, it's marked as read automatically.
  • To clear the counter all at once, use Mark all.

A detail

For now notifications are in-app (they're not sent by email). So it's worth signing in to Domo regularly —or keeping it handy on your phone— to not lose sight of what needs your attention.
