Every moment of a service can have someone in charge. The program's coverage counter ("3 / 6 assigned") tells you how much is left, and the gaps are marked in amber so they don't slip by.
Assigning someone
Open a service's record from the program. Each moment shows who's leading it; the ones missing have an Assign button.
- Tap Assign (or the name of whoever is already there, to change it).
- Type to search the directory. People in the ministry with the same name as the role come first, and on the right you see how many times each one served in the last 90 days and when the last time was.
- Pick the person. If whoever is serving isn't in the directory (a guest preacher), type their name and use Assign as guest.
That "how many times they served" figure is there so you can spread the load fairly: it's easy to keep leaning on the same three people.
With someone already assigned, the same box offers Notify (opens WhatsApp with the message ready, if the person has a number on file) and Remove person.
If the team repeats
Don't load it again: with the service still empty, Copy team from previous service appears (also in the ⋯ menu). It fills only the moments with no one in charge, using whoever served in the last service of the same type; what you already assigned isn't touched.
Sharing the program
The record's ⋯ menu has Copy program (leaves the text ready to paste) and Send via WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp so you can pick the group). The text carries the moments in order, who's in charge of them, and the theme, passage and songs loaded.
Everyone sees their own
Nobody has to read the whole program to find out whether they're on: each person sees their upcoming assignments in the You're serving soon row on Home (or at the top of the Directory, if they have a member account).
Next step
What's left is the weekly part: the theme, the passage and the songs.
