Besides the tabs, the Pastoral Care header has a ⋯ menu with reports to take with you, print, or check in the cold. Some options only show up if you have pastor level.
Export month and Export ranking
These open, in a new tab, a printable version of attendance:
- Export month — the attendance detail for each worship service of the month.
- Export ranking — a ranking of worship-service absences by period (with an absence percentage), ready to save as a PDF. It's a different calculation than the Absences tab: here only worship services count, not groups.
Both come with a Print / Save PDF button in the corner.
Report of the month
Pastor level only. It's a summary of aggregates, meant to share with leadership without exposing the content of any note:
- Notes logged by type (visit, counseling, prayer, discipline…).
- Pastoral contacts logged in the month.
- Completed tasks, grouped by who did them.
- New people: how many were contacted and how many weren't yet.
- How many people left active follow-up during the month.
This is a report of numbers, not content: it never shows what a note is about, only how many there are and of what type.
Team activity
Also pastor level only. It opens a panel with what your team did in Notes and Tasks over the last two weeks, grouped by day: who logged a note, who completed a task, who postponed a follow-up.
Just like the Report of the month, it respects what's restricted: you'll see that an action happened and who did it, but never the content of a restricted note. It's how a pastor can support and moderate their team without needing to read every note one by one.
