The liturgy holds the structure; this is what changes every Sunday.
Loading the content
On the service's record, each moment has Add content (or tap the content already loaded to edit it): the theme, the passage, the duration and the songs, one per line.
Songs autocomplete from the church's repertoire and tell you how long ago each one was sung, which is the quick way not to repeat the same thing three Sundays running.
That content belongs to that service only: the template holds the structure, not what gets preached.
The Teaching history
Teaching, in the program's header, lists the themes and passages of the moments marked as teaching: what's coming and the last six months, plus who was in charge when that's loaded. It's there for planning series and not repeating passages by accident.
If there's more than one kind of teaching moment (sermon, Bible school), you can filter by which one.
To record what was taught in a service that already happened, go in through Past on the program and load the content on its record. Without that period, a past service is out of reach and the history never fills up.
The song repertoire
Every song you type into a service joins the catalog on its own. To fix a name, add the author or see when it was last sung, go into Songs from the program's ⋯ menu (it's the Songs card under Settings → Catalogs).
